This situation is almost resolved. Arch is not a shady company and we try our hardest to make our customers happy. If you have an issue with someone in our company please attempt to contact a different person and see if you can get them to see eye to eye with you before making threads. We dont accept the blame for the damage on the bumper since this is the first time we have ever had someone come back with a mangled bumper especially since we didnt have anything to do with mounting. The paint was an issue and we have since changed our shop. But even with our changing of the shop we would have gladly went and had it done over since there were imperfections. This part ends when anyone decides to take a discount.

I still cant justify that how can someone take the bumper and accept it as is then come back after its broken and say i want a refund.. when they clearly broke it..

it shows how f'ed up the world is.. lol

This has been resolved. We just want our customers to be happy.

To all of our customers and future customers please remember we will do as much as possible to make sure your happy but please remember also that coming back at a way later date will always cause complications, This does not mean we will not try to help you with the issue but rather it might take longer to find the middle ground based on the circumstances. If you feel you arent being helped to your satisfaction whether it be me or Rich or any of our other employees please try to contact someone else at ARCH. We really are here to make you happy.
