This thread will remain open as long as everyone stays on topic. TIAN, like all of the staff, seeks to be fair and impartial. We as a staff discuss many of these issues as a group, TIAN is not acting on his own without the support of the staff.

Your right, the wrong product was given. We are going to get you the correct product you paid for. It is unfortunate you didnt have time to wait for this kit (which hasnt been more than a week) & you bought another kit from somebody else. however, that is not pertinent to the transaction.
Finally, i feel really stupid for even ordering a part that you promised exists without heavily researching. I was on a deadline and i took your word for it when you said dual filament H1. Guess what there is no such thing. I have checked with a lot of shops and googled the hell out of it but H1 is SINGLE filament and will never be DUAL filament. And that is the reason I think this waiting on supplier game is happening.

I just said that I'll wait 60 days for your email. Just so the dates are clear I ordered on 02-20-2012, Emailed strafe on the 27th that the kit was wrong. Waited till the 5th for a clear response on if the kit is on back order or a time frame And then this thread happened. I'll readily admit that it was a lot less time than the other members who have had time issues with orders.
Also I'll state again, I want to turn this into a positive experience because there have been other parts such as the front bumper that i purchased from you which turned out great. And now I am willing to wait and see when the kit is available withing a reasonable time frame of 2 months.

I will keep this to email now and wait on your email for when the kit is available.
And I will also request a staff member for a thread close AFTER this matter is resolved. thanks

What seems to consistently make the difference between a great vendor and one who isn't great is that communication. Guys just want to know they haven't been forgotten about. Sure, some are on deadlines and are going to have to go about their business and things are going to need to get dealt with- but for the most part- for those rare pieces coming from overseas... regular contact can be the difference between win and fail. Today's society is VERY instant gratification- and believe me I get it. People see money vacuumed out of their account and they want results... NOW... not in 8 months... not even in 2 weeks half the time.
You guys-- actually, Dustin-- seems to recognize the importance of not leaving guys out in the cold- which is what results in this frosty kind of reception. I see you're taking steps to address it... But it's obviously still happening. Guys are taking the plunge against all odds... Tyler for example... Perfect opportunity to start swaying things (I mention him in particular because I've purchased from him and know he's good to go.) Yes, that's just my opinion- but guys are "rolling the dice" as I put it- and as he put it... Stay in contact. You don't make most if not all of the parts you sell... if people are behind then just drop the dude that put a couple notes down an email so he knows he hasn't been pushed aside.
Words on a forum are only words but I'll give credit where its due and if it means deleting or even editing what it is that I've said I'll do it. I will re-qualify each and every post.
