neal, how are these Kumho LE sport tires coming along. I saw the tirerack test results. I'm intersted mainly because of the $100 rebate makes it on of the cheapest i can get in 235/45/18. I would of gotten V12 but they aren't in my size and the general UHP, they seem to sold out/taken off your site currently.

Doesn't leave me with too many options for summer rubber in 235/45/18

Similar to the rest of their line, good bang for the buck tire. Hasn't been out for a real long time so I suspect once the weather warms we'll get more real road feedback from owners. Better than the SPT KU31's, but not as good as the DW. With the rebate making them a great price point I'd consider them for a sport d-driver tire.

225-45-19 for OEM rays front. Florida 33015, summer tires. Had Kumho SPT before, how do they compare to General Exclaim UHP?

Generals are a good wet tire, but lack a bit in the dry, can be noisy, and don't last as long as others in their class. If you have SPT's on there now I wouldn't mix the UHP with them.

UTQG for General Exclaim UHP is 380, while Kumho SPT is 320. Surveys show the General tire being less noisy than the Kumhos (even though opinion based). Test results show otherwise, but overall it is an inferior tire compared to the SPT. I guess the harder rubber at 380 treadwear makes the performance difference.

Quote me on 2 SPTs 225-40-19 shipped to 33015. Thanks!

Honestly do not know when they plan on going up or down. They do not inform the sales staff of changes. I'd assume, like everything else, they will go up instead of down.

I've got Hankook Ventus on my car now (dealer put them on). Is Hankook Ventus a good tire for a DD? I'm looking for a pair of 285/35/19 for the rear going on a 19x10.5 wheel.

Should work fine for a dd tire. Will handle any street driving you'll be doing.

I've got a 2003 G35 6MT sedan which was bought used. It came with 235/45/R18s all around. I've been shopping around locally and the selection is quite limited in this size. Do I have to go with the same size (tire width) or can other sizes be used, if so which ones? The most important factors for me are tread life and cost of tires. Thanks.
