A tad on the short side. They make load but the diameter tosses things off a bit.

Hi Neal, I am planning to put on a sets of snow tires for my 06 coupe. I have OEM 17" wheels. What's the best set up for 17". And do they have to be staggered? What snow tires do you think they are the best? I am thinking of Blizzak WS-60. Thanks.

Check out this thread and the link in it. Good info!

WS60's would be the best snow/ice tire we carry. It's what I use and almost everyone here as well. Amazing what you can drive through.

What tires would you recommend for 20x9.5/10.5 with +4/+6 offsets? I'm interested in the ventus v12.

Only sizes we've used in 20" are 245/30-20 front and 275/30-20 rear. However, those are too narrow for the wheels mentioned above. Don't really have a good tire size recc for those wheels.

Looking for something to fit stock 18's on a 2004 coupe.

I don't plan on tracking with these tires, and I live in southern California so we don't usually experience a heavy rain season (I feel like summer tires would be fine during the upcoming winter season). I do however enjoy a sporty drive through some of our mountain passes.

What tires would you recommend? Right now I think I only need fronts.

EDIT: So that I don't have to make a second post, could you PM me the shipped cost on your recommendation to 90292 zip code plz? Also I was hoping to spend around $150/tire or less if possible.

I'd take a look at the Yokohama S-Drive and Bridgestone RE760. Both are very good sport summer tires that will handle very well but be practical for every day use as well. The S-Drive is a little more popular than the RE's are. I'll pm totals to you.

Hello Neal. Welcome aboard at G35Driver. I am a longtime customer of TireRack. My need right now is to replace the OE tires for my 2005 G35X with all season rubber. The size is 225/55/17. I see on the site the Michelin Primacy MXV4 (Grand Touring All-Season)
at around $139 ea that seems highly rated. There is also the Yokohama Avid 4S. My preference is for good wet/snow traction, quiet ride and decent wear. I have a set of General ExclaimUHP's in 245/45/18 for the summer. I get my kicks in the summer so let me know your thoughts on these two tires, or if you have a preference for a different tire. I don't think the "H" rating will be a problem. Thanks!

For that criteria I would look at the Michelin. The Yoko is a good tire, but a sport based tire which will make it a bit noisier and shorter lived vs the Mich. The Michelin is from the touring breed so it's focus is longevity, good/quiet ride, good a/s traction etc. They are a little more in cost but will deliver much more of what you're looking for.
