Usually don't see those sizes used together. Typically 245/45-17 F 255/45-17 R. However, the 255's are a bit too wide for the oe wheels.

I don't want to spend an arm and a leg on tires.

I have the Ecsta LX Platinum for my summer tires on my G35 Coupe, before I had the time to put on my winter set (Dunlop M3) it snowed here in Calgary for the last two days. I was pleasantly surprised how well the Kumho's handled on the snow and ice. They don't grip as nice as the Dunlop winter tires but they are not scary to drive on either. They have long tread life, quiet, and they are acceptable on snow and ice; look somewhere else if you need a race track tire.

We've always ran stagg sizes to keep VDC correct, especially in winter conditions. Might want to see if teh 245's all around have worked for others.

S-Drive is a home run tire. Been out for a while and everyone is very happy with how they perform. May also want to check out the B-Stone RE760. Butts heads with the S-Drive all the time.

Neal, quick question about tire size for G37X. Can I install 245/45/18 tires on 18" (width 8") wheels with AWD? I searched tirerack and this option is not available for 18" wheels. Only 225/50/18 size is shown

Thanks.

^ Do I want these or the Kumho Ecsta SPT's for my 19" OEM Rays.

Also should I use the stock tire size or can I go any wider in the back?
