I have an 05 coupe and I have the same question like Salams, RS-8 20x8.5 offsets 18 and 20x10 offsets 20. I'll be dropped on Eibach Sportline with spc camber kit front and rear. What tire size do you guys recommend and will I need fender rolling? Also, will I have to have negative camber for these things to clear? I'm a newb to all this stuff so I would appreciate the help.

rims-tires calculator says
* Package is 10 mm (0.4'') closer to suspension/brakes components. Acceptable for most cars.
* Package will stick out 10 mm (0.4'') farther. Acceptable for most cars.

Would I rub anywhere? or would set up work without any issues?

Thanks!
Yes that set-up will work without issues. You can go with an even lower offset (+25-30) if you want the wheels to sit a little more flush. +45 they will still be tucked in like the factory wheels.

03 coupe with brembo question

Thinking about making a trade on C/L for some konig crosshairs 8.5 front with 245/35/19 tires and 9.5 rear with 275/35/19 tires. offset is 40. Should these wheels fit the car decently and fit over the brakes? here is a link to the post on C/L. ( http://milwaukee.craigslist.org/pts/2336558630.html )

19x10" noob question

can I run 245/40/19 tires on a 10" wide wheel?

The tire says its rated for up to 9.5" wide, will the tire just stretch and be ok or will it be too much of a stretch?

sorry for the noob *** question.

There's still a slight fender gap, but it's bearable. I just wanna drop it on htechs but don't know if I'll be rubbing after that...

Here are some pics of how they sit on my car. https://g35driver.com/forums/members...bums-baby.html

05 Sedan Droped 1.6 on rsr, Rear Fenders rolled.

I have three rim options,
18x9.5 +20 ALl around 245/40 in front and 285 35 in rear,
18x9.5 +38 all around 245/40 front 285/35 rear
18x9.5 +38 front 245/40 and 18x9.5 +20 Rear 285/35

I dont want to run more than neg 2.5 camber. Which set up would work with out rubbing?
Also which would look better?

I also have brembos but I dont think that should be a problem.

I dont think that you will be able to get a 285/35 in the rear with 9.5 +20, The +38 should work. I am just judging by my set-up. I have 20x10 +25 which is almost exactly the same (as far as extending out) and the widest I can go is 255/35.

Check out this thread to get some visuals.

Thanks for the update, I checked through a good chunk, I found one other guy with the same rims, but he was only running 235's. I couldn't seem to find anyone rollin thick.

Also since the rim offset is 38 instead of 20, that means it will be less concave right?

Yeah usually higher the offset the less concave the wheel is, but wheel design will play a factor in that too.

Thanks
Can someone answer this? D:

I dont think that you will need to roll your fenders. I know a lot of people run 10.5's with 275's/285's in the rear with high teen/low 20mm offsets just fine.
