OK TRODDER!!!!
With those offset and wheels with you won't need to roll your fenders because your wheels are going to be tuck in the fender....Now if you get some spacers then you will need to roll your fenders to get flush to the outer part of the fender...
In this cars you will will probably never need spacers to clear out the brakes, only if you got a really low offset....
Example:
i get a 20x9 with a 35 offset FRONT 20x10 REAR with a 40 offset i wont need to roll my fenders neither because the offset is so high that will tuck the wheels inside.....Now we always recommend to roll your fenders because is more safe and if you change your rim someday with a lower offset and to a higher width you already have them roll.....
Now something else, If you really like those wheels go with them but if you really want to go staggered i will recommend you to go 20x9 or 20x8.5 front and 20x10 or 20x10.5 rear it will look much better.....this cars look hot from the back with a wide tire.....

Thanks- I'm really not interested in rolling my fenders.. Am I better off just ordering all fronts? 19x8.5 +30 with 245.40.19 ? I love the idea of staggered wheels, but with the AWD I am a bit concerned (read a lot of mixed opinions), and I really don't want to have to worry about my fenders.
You wont have any issues with running a staggered set-up on an X as long as the rolling diameter is close, which you have already figured out.
If you dont go the staggered route then yeah 245/40/19 on all four corners would work good. Do those wheels come in any other width?

Rolling the fenders is a simple process and any competent shop can do it for about $75, something I wish I did instead of buying a roller and doing it myself.

The other set I like and am considering are Linea Corse LC818. They come 19x8.5 +30 / 19x10 +38. These don't need to be redrilled but come staggered unless I order all fronts. I'm not sure how soon I want to drop the car as I bought the car for the luxury and don't want to chip a tooth on a rough ride (I did that in my younger days). I just really want to enhance the factory look and upgrade my 17 inch stock rims..
Do you have a recommendations out of the two rim choices? I'm not sure if I am going to drop and I really don't want to roll the fender.

Have you looked at the bottom ones (euro tek) they are similar in design and have sedan friendly offsets.

You can run a 225/40/19 front and 25/35/19 rear to keep the same overall diameter. If you go with OEM springs from a G35 coupe I belive that it will drop your x sedan 1" and still offer a stock ride (being stock springs). I know what you mean about chipping a tooth. My main concern was keeping a good ride quality when I lowered my car. I had oem 350z springs and oem g35 coupe springs for a while, the ride was slightly firmer, but still far from stiff lowering springs.

Do you have a sedan or coupe? Those offsets on a coupe will tuck in a bit, but on a sedan they will be a bit more flush. I ran 19x9.5 +40 in the rear with 255/35's and had to roll my fender slightly to keep the wheels from rubbing over bumps with rear passengers. He is looking to run a 275 rear so he has 10mm more to worry about. I also ran 19x10 +43 with a 275/35 and my rear tire was perfectly flush with my fender that was rolled flat. Look at post #1818 in this thread to get a visual of how my sedan sat with the 19x10's.

You won't NEED too, but I would highly recommend it because your tire is going to be about 5mm or so from the fender lip.
If you're picking wheels in the 9/10 stagger of widths aim for your offsets to be in the mid to high teens or low 20s.

Alright heres another wheel spacer question... I got some 20 inch TSW Jarama for FREE!!! F-255-35-20 R-285-35-20 all wrapped in nitto n555 extremes. The question i have is the wheels are 5x112 and i know i need a wheel adapter for them they all come in 1 inch - 1.25 spacer. I want it flush but not too far poking out. I dont have my fenders rolled and i could get it done just want to know what set up i need to make this work so i dont buy the wrong stuff and do to the wheels being free!!!
