Thanks for the quick reply. The tires were basically free with the rims because the seller had no use for them. Rims were from a 2007 GS350.

Could i run those tires for now without any issues since they are still good tires?

they are fine to run on but those are just really unconventional tire sizes to run with those wheel specs

if you want you can also go with a 285/30 tire in the rear instead of the 275/35 i suggested

I really like this set-up, anyone knows who ride is this or does anyone have this same set-up. Really thinking about purchasing these wheels. I want to know all the right things to do for this look.

Thanks all.

Would it be safe to guess the offsets are the lowest possible? Hard to tell from pics but what might the tire sizes be? Also would I need things like a camber kit and other things to pull this off? Also ordering some bc coils... It's winter time have my car parked up ready to do some ordering just trying my best to make sure I do everything right the first time! Lol would the owner of this beauty please chime in or someone with the same set-up
Thanks so far with the responses keep em coming guys!

Buy new tires, sell those on craigslist as they will look stupid as hell on your car.

He's running 19x11 all 4 corners, offset is probably 0-15 I don't know what those fools offer their wheels in.
