Tps

so I had my tires replaced at Mr. Tire recently, and everything went smoothly, but about 2 weeks later (while driving on a very bumpy road in DC), the TPS light turned on.

I took the car in today for a regular checkup and asked to have the TPS reset. He said that one of the sensors is bad. Could I ask Mr. Tire to fix and claim that they did not mount it properly?

The dealership is asking for $200 to replace the sensor, but looking online, they are less than that for a set of 4.

Second question, are these easily installed so that I could do it myself?

thanks!

You can install them yourself, but the dealer will need to program them into the cars computer.
