Couldnt tell you about fuel econ, not sure how the coupe could get any worse : /
They arent louder, its just a different tone, a bit lower. Its easier to distinquish, but not louder. Mine are new and they are sticky. It's hard to spin the tires right now, even in a hard turn. The rain? Fuggetaboutit. They are on rails.
Only down side? I went around to some tire shops to get them mounted and BFG gets ZERO respect, even from BFG dealers. BFG is coming back big on the coasts. Especially with the KDW2 series. But you might have to hear crap like "why didnt you get Pilots?" or "You shouldnt try to save money on tires with a car like that".

I've been using them for a few months now and there pretty nice. They grip well on the dry stuff and during the heavy rain that just came through they were great. No hydroplaning at all and gripped better than I ever expected. The tire guys I know highly recommend them and the price is much better than many of the other tires mentioned above. When I bought my 245/45/18's they were going for $160 a tire. A guy told me he was selling them for $140 a tire right now. Thats alot cheaper than $230 or $250 for some of the other tires I hear people complaining about. My stock Goodyears rsa cost more and they sucked for the most part. Especially if there was any water on the road. I was also looking into some pirellis but they were back order until who knows when.

I just had to switch to these tires from falken fk451's and had heard many good things about them. Discount tires messed up my wheel/tire order so they offered me the KDW2's for the same price as the falken fk451s...going to run 245/35/19 front and 285/35/19 rear on a 19x9, 19x10 setup. I'll let you guys know how they work...should get em either today or tomorrow...Im not sure how you got them so cheap, Ive searched everywhere and the cheapest I have seen the 245/35/19 was around $280-300 a tire...

Do you mind sharing the cost for the tires? I am looking to get the same sizes.

I actually bought these from my buddy who took them off his Z with about 300 miles on them. Sorry not much help there. However, these tires are amazing!!!
