I like the first one better, esp. with the deep lip.

There nice. I'm looking for something just a tad more aggressive. Who makes those?

Millie Miglia, Evo5. Check them out a www.tirerack.com. What about these? I love these wheels, I'm waiting to see a G35 with them on! Giovanna Racing, Kobe

Re: Which Rims for a Silver Sedan?

Nice choice, I like the Mille Meglia Evo's. I was thinking of getting those 19"s for my coupe although I haven't done any sizing research as of yet. I saw them on an Audi (Mark from e46fanatics.com) and they have the look that I was looking for.

Does anyone have the skills to photoshop the Evo-5's on a DG Coupe?
Edited by junglist19 on 05/19/03 07:52 PM.

They look nice but they would probably be a B&tch to clean. I prefer the looks of a nice Split-Five spoke rim, it's a classic design, very sporty yet classy, you can't go wrong. Examples: Lowenhart BR5's, ADR Sterling, Benedetto Dumanis, or my favorite (for the price) Kaizer Phoenix II. Good luck with your purchase, and post whatever you get.

Heres a pic of those Kaizer Phoenix II's, now tell me that isn't a PHAT rim.

We know, we know....unless it comes in smoke-gunmetal-dark-tinted-matte grey, weighs less than 2 lbs, and is the exact same size as the stock wheels, it isn't worthy of a G35

Re: Which Rims for a Silver Sedan?

It doesn't have to be the same size as stock.. I could go for a nice 16x8, it's just that would bump me from the stock classes in Solo2.

Hey.. wait a minute, you're making fun of me!

Actually, I just don't like spokes that flare out like that at the edge, regardless of the size or color or weight. But that's just me.

Or I could argue that, if you get right down to it, he said "now tell me that isn't a phat rim" -- and I was just following directions.

Re: Which Rims for a Silver Sedan?

Try not to be so literal with my last post. Sorry you can't appreciate a nice chrome rim when you see one, but then again I guess everyone has their own opinions and is entitled to them, I just posted it because I thought the original poster might be interested in seeing them. Anyway, if I come across a few other pics that I think would look cool I will share them. Thanks for having my back Gaklid, I knew you would appreciate some nice 20's (I've seen yours and they are definately PHAT).

Nope! I'm not making fun of you! (well, maybe a little) Everybody has their opinion as to what looks good and performs well on their car, and I like to see what kinds of choice everybody makes. That's why this is my favorite forum. If I autocrossed my car, I'd probably have wheels on there that weren't chrome and were smaller, but since I don't, I wanted wheels that looked good. To each his own!

Hey, it was just a little sarcasm to add humor to the boards. I appreciate nice rims. I appreciate that other people like rims that I don't. Just realize that when you solicite other's opinions on a forum, they won't always match your own. Please do continue to post, I'm sure there are more people on this board that like them than there are that don't.
