HELP, will these fit my coupe?

Your question isn't that simple. It's not just a matter of "fitting."
First off, running equal sized tires on the coupe is not recommended because the VDC and ABS systems are set up to expect a vertical stagger from front to back. More specifically, the outer dia of the wheel + tire in the front should be about 25.8 +/- 0.3 inches and 26.8 +/- .3 inches. You'll also have a worse speedometer reading if you don't approach the front size diameter properly.
Having said that, I haven't read posts of anyone finding problems with those systems when deviating from those numbers, but perhaps few have or didn't want to post their experiences. Just telling you that it's not recommended by Infiniti.
According to your tire size of 245/35/20, you're running a diameter of about 26.7 so that would be ok for the rear, but not the fronts. For a front you'd want to run either 225/35/20 or 245/30/20.
Don't know what 35 "c" is for an offset but if you mean +35mm then for an 8.5in wheel that should be ok to the best of my knowledge.

Thanks for the help...I know you said that I should change the front tires, however is this absolutely necessary? The reason I am asking is that these wheels have been used for a month so this is a package I am getting for under $1500 with everything! Like will the tires in the front not fit, or are the other tires just "better"? Thanks.

I figured you were getting a deal otherwise you wouldn't have been asking.
As for whether or not it's "absolutely necessary" I couldn't tell you. That would be a better question for an Infiniti or Nissan engineer. The best I can do is just warn you.
As for 225-35ZR19 all the way around, the same response pretty much applies. The coupes are designed from the factory for a staggered set up. You don't necessarily have to stagger the width front to back, (i.e. you could run 245's all the way around), but it's expecting a verical stagger front to back.
The easiest way to tell whether you're staying within vertical stagger is to do the following math:
tire width X profile/100 x 0.0787 + rim diameter SHOULD BE 25.8 +/- 0.3 (front)
tire width X profile/100 x 0.0787 + rim diameter SHOULD BE 26.8 +/- 0.3 (rear)
So 225/35/19 would give you:
225 X 35/100 X 0.0787 + 19 = 25.2 = bad (not good for front or rear)

Thanks again for not only your help, but your knowledge...I'm learning for any future decisions. Yeah, the reason I am asking is because of a great deal I am getting on wheels and tires that have only been used for 2 months on my friend's car (absolutely mint condition), and he might even give me them for like $1200 all balanced, mounted etc. I appreciate the help again, thanks.
