How to determine offset?

That can be a very long answer. But I guess the easy answer will be "common knowledge" among G drivers. There are a ton of different set ups that you can get but they all depend on what you're looking for, wether or not you have BBK, lowered, etc.
For the coupe one of the most common set ups I've seen is:
front 19 x8.5 +15 to +20 offset w/ 245/35/19
rear 19x9.5 +20 to +25 offset w/ 275/30/19
For the sedan:
front 19x8.5 +35 to +38 offset w/ 245/35/19
rear 19x9.5 +42 to +45 offset w/ 275/30/19
I would start with choosing the wheel you like, put it up for opinion and specs info and we'll help you get the best set up.

^ there are no such offsets for the SF Winnings in 9.5 / 10.5. the best optimal 9.5/10.5 SFW's would be + 19 ff + 17 rr. i totally agree about bringing it out more instead of looking like stilts (oem).
19 x 8.5 + 25
19 x 9.5 + 17
would be a great combo. the +17 rr will give you 80mm of labia.

I realize that I am in the minority here, but I want a bit of the "tucked" look to my wheels.
I'm thinking of 19" SFW's with:
9.5" front 255/35/19
10.5 rear 285/35/19
I'm not sure how far in the wheels can move before they start hitting on the inside wheelwell... or maybe the shock?
