Wheel weight - BBS LM 19s
After some body work/mods this month, I'm moving on to wheels and suspension. Primary focus is performance, but I do want it to look decent.
As I'm starting my homework on wheels, I'm realizing just how good the OEM Rays are... They aren't wide enough for what i want to do, otherwise I'd just keep them.
Rays weigh ~19 lbs each. The wheel I really like aesthetically (BBS LMs in 19" - had them on an old Bimmer) are 24-25 lbs ea (depending on width). That's a whopping 6 lbs of additional rotating mass PER CORNER. That's a tough pill to swallow for a $4k set of "performance" wheels!
Has anyone that has been down this road before come up with a wheel that compliments the G aesthetically while maintaining or reducing weight as compared to the Rays (provided both are 19")?
Thanks!

For that style wheel the LM would probably be one of the lightest. Some HRE might be comparable in weight but cost even more.
