My motordyne exhaust has a leak...

What's up guys my name is Israel I have a 05 g35 coupe I've been owning my car for about a year now and have the motordyne tdx2 exhaust my car is dropped on eibach springs.
I was doing oil change and saw a crack on the mid Portion of the exhaust idk what it's called but it's connected to the Y pipe. It's has a crack I guess from all the scraping and air is coming out when car is on so any advise I was thinking of taking it to the muffler shop and have it welded, any suggestions?

Go to the muffler shop and see what they can do. Otherwise just replace the part

Its your muffler, dont go to a muffler shop!!!! Just call Motordyne and ask for a replacement, same thing happened to me, and about 50 other people! The muffler just cracked up and it was a flaw in the design for the first version, the newer version muffler is thicker on the corners and are all welded properly now. Mariella and Tony are really awesome on their warranty, really cool people! I literally just shipped back my faulty muffler to them today, and got my new one put on yesterday

Right on the bottom of the muffler corners, both side.. theyre cracked cause it was a faulty design in the batch, the newer version is much better

The thing is I got this exhaust from another member in here, and if I call them up for a replacement they would want to see a recipe or something that I actually bought the exhaust from them?
We're the Y pipe starts the next component of the exhaust is were I have the crack my crack is in the middle.

Yes thats the muffler, and I bought my exhaust from a vendor on here.. b2, not even directly from motordyne.. they did not ask me for a receipt. Good luck, you should take my advice.

Okay thanks I will give them a call tomorrow and tell them. Hopefully they don't deny me and tell me it's my fault for being dropped and scrapping or damaging the exhaust.
