Do you have a picture of how badly they are messed up?
A screw extractor(also called Easy Outs) will probably get them out. I'd start there.
You'd have to be very careful doing it in the interior, but welding a nut on is a good way to handle stripped fasteners. I wouldn't even consider it in the interior unless you have a TIG welder and know what you're doing.

You can try Dremeling the head off and if it's a through bolt it should slide off and then use some vice grips to get it the shaft out. Next step would be to use a center punch and then drill it with a screw extractor like dillon says. They also sell left hand drill bits, which might be able to cause the screw to unloosen as you drill into it.

i dont have pics yet but driver side is completly trashed with vise grip marks and screw an chisel method both head and the actual insert
the other one is barely stripped with perfect head
the heads are rounded from factory
i also have a 100% compete column that i took apart to reverse engineer the situation that ill take pics of
i know they have blue lock-tight in them and all its is the t30 attach 2 metal tabs together so its not like its fully threaded
we are going to try some diffrent vise grips tonight and maybe the dremel method
also guys i think if unplug the connectors on the back of airbag and the clockspring i can get a really thin 19 mm combo wrench in there and get the wheel off the column for more room and angles to work from
really appreciate the help guys

Very true. I replaced the driveshaft on my Audi few weeks ago and had to remove stripped allen bolt. Even after I got the driveshaft off the damn bolt was still stuck in the hole, because they had red loctite. I needed a torch to loosen it up.

[QUOTE=dillon_b12;7055591]If they have Loctite on them, a little bit of heat will go a long way to breaking that loose.
Hold a soldering iron on the bolt for a while before you try to loosen the bolt again.[/QUOTE
will try a hair dryer on it tonight thanks for the idea
and also i got them out of the black wheel with relative easy once i broke the tension a qtr turn it was a steady amount of force all the way til the end
