I'm wondering the same thing cuz the question never got answered.

 

In general, if an iPod is hooked up as it would be in this scenario, it would not output anything from the mini jack. The iPod is not smart enough to output via the iPod connector and the mini jack at the same time.

Hi,

Is there anyway to get the display to show more than 10 characters? This is a big hindrance for me. I suspect not, but figured I should ask before I rename all my playlists to abbreviated versions.

 

Is there any update on the 10 Din extension? If I want to listen to Sirius, I have to pull over and disconnect the iPod, that is getting old. Also, One of those wires on the 10 Din has to be power, if we put a switch on that, that would be fine. I've searched the net and can not find 10 Din parts. Has anyone had any luck?
