I've got 2 Amps lying around... Need Advice!!!
I'm looking to make a few changes to the sound system in my car. I have two older amps i had used in past set-ups. Memphis PBC 4400 and a Rockford Power 800a4
I'm going to replace the front components with Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.5's the subs are 2 12" Kappa Perfects all from other set-ups the other speakers i'm not sure about yet. I just dont kknow which amp to keep and which to prolly give away at this point... Heeelp!!!

My opinion is that you give away the Memphis 4400.....to <strike>me</strike>Ryoken!

well i think i'm gonna go with a D class amp to power the subs but will the Memphis (55w X 4) run the Kappas?

Rule of thumb I've read is run power at least 80% of the upper range at RMS which would mean you'd need to put 80 watts in those. I bet you could just run your factory Bose speakers pretty nicely with that and a new tweet.
