From what I have been reading, you currently can't get a Pac-swix cause they are coming out with a new one right?

Also, is there an easy way to integrate an Ipod with the AVN5435?

Thanks for the Help!

I looked at Crutchfield.com and they say the device "does not fit your car because we have not researched your model", and they don't even have a listing for an '06 G35.

My '06 is Bluetooth. I guess I don't know how that will complicate things.

The Bluetooth does work with the sound system, but I don't know how it works, since I am still using a non-Bluetooth phone (there is only one model of phone offered by Verizon Wireless that works with my car's system according to Infiniti's web site- the Motorola E815). I do know that the "speakerphone" for the telephone on Bluetooth will use the stereo system. I hadn't thought of that little complication. Now something else to deal with on my stereo install!

A question for those of you that did the modification (see p. 10 of this string) to keep the nav voice with stock nav and a ddin conversion: what sort of external speaker did you use? Any guidance as far as impedance, location, etc.?

Just finished assembling the pieces, this will go in soon.....
