full sound system conversion later on
i just finished installing a new HU that isnt exactly top of the line and a backup cam that has wires fished through the entire carpet of the car to the license plate.. if i wanted to do speakers, amp, subwoofer, and a new backup cam and HU, would it be a pain? im also considering getting it possibly done professionally at that point.
You'll need to run a power wire from the battery to the amp. Not hard, but if you haven't done it before, it can be a pain.
There's plenty of DIY posts on the forum. Do some research and use your own judgement if you think you can do it all or not.

I’ll try that, thanks
I've still got the pictures of my install, so if you find any of my posts that are missing pictures from running a full replacement, let me know and I'll update.

Amp:
- do I need to disconnect the factory amp adapter?
- the Bose amp connector will have all the speaker wires to connect to the aftermarket amp?
- and of course needing to get power from the battery
Subwoofer:
- 8" (https://www.crutchfield.com/p_109STA....html?tp=68848)
- the connectors are not compatible I'd assume?
- since the headunit has a single RCA out, I'll need to get this kind of kit? ( )
Speakers & Tweeters
- Simply find the right size and they will work with the aftermarket amp?
