Tein S-tech install time?

I am planning to install my S-techs and was wondering if anyone knows what the install time is. I have heard the there are shops that do them in about an hour. Is there anything I need to know about the install. I have searched for a DIY but had no luck. If anyone has a link to a DIY that would be great. Thanks

Dan

or you can buy a pair from harbor freight ($15)...either way they are really cheap. The front may take an hour and 30 min. for the rear. I took a little longer on mine because I installed control arms (front & rear) same time as springs.

The struts only go in one way. I learned that the hard way. YOu think that all sides are equal, but it's off by 1mm or so and enough to cause hours of frustration if you don't know. To prevent that from happening, the outer-most strut bolt is supposed to be "marked" somehow. My mark had worn out. So be sure to put a drop of touch-up paint or nail polish on it before you start.

i did 2 coupes and 1 sedan in 1 hour, 40 minutes with no air tools. i just popped 1 ephedrine pill, and ratcheted away like a fiend on the spring compressors. the stock suspension bolts were kinda frozen too, so i had to penetrate them with bolt loose. if i didn't have that problem, i'd have been done is about 1 hour 10 - 1 hour 15 minutes.
