i'm one of the few ppl on here who would say NO. After lowering my 2005 maxima, maybe it was just the brand of spring i used (progress springs) or the demenor of the car. But holy fkin sh*$ the ride sucked after i lowered it, and over bumpy surfices felt very uncontrolled. A friend i work with is picking up a coupe today and hes gonna lower his so ill let him be the ginny pig lol.

Lower it. especially if you dont plan on driving it too much through the Toronto winters.

I used to have Tein S Techs on my 05 6MT coupe and had no complaints. The ride is just a little bit stiffer than stock and I was able to get back to spec on camber and alignment. I guess I got lucky though cuz I have been told that doesn't happen too often with S Techs. I just had Tanabe DF210's installed onto my 06 6MT coupe and it looks awesome. Definitely lower than the S Techs and much stiffer spring rate. I am already looking into camber kits cuz I know I won't be able to get back to spec with these. It is so worth it though cuz it makes the G look so aggressive. The ride quality is a bit harsh at times but hey, you gotta sacrifice a little bit in the comfort area to lose the wheel gap. I can't wait to throw some wheels on my new baby.
