So ive decided to go with the basic's anyone got suggestions on where to find the best price :-P

Also will i need anything else to drop my car over 1" besides the coilovers?

Check some of the vendors..sometimes they have some killer deals. As for as your drop..you may need some camber kits..just do a search.

youll most likely want f/r camber kits.

chances are, youre not going to slam it and you can probably live with some neg camber in the front. but definitely invest in the spc rear camber kit and toe bolts to save your rear tires.

What aHero is saying that you would want to get the camber kit so you do not burn your tires out every 5 months because of your negative camber by dropping your car with the basics. I have the Basics and dropped my car but have yet to get the camber kit. Believe me when I say if you drive it daily and far you would want them because your tires will wear on the inside and your tread life is reduced drastically

my friend is on basics with no camber kits. now, given that he is slammed (not all the way), hes got -3 all around. he plans on slamming it more..but he changes tires as often as i change boxers...

camber kit will save you money in the long run..lots of it..

Just wondering...wouldn't front tires wear out fast if you dont have a front camber kit? ya it is expensive

all tires will "wear out fast" without a camber kit if youre dropped..

yo cal on the topic of tire wear.... droppin on h-techs... and putting the alignment to factory specs...how long do you think tires would last...
12 to 20k maybe??

-3 all around? whats his toe at? He'd probably save money getting camber kits

he likes the look of neg camber (i like it too, actually. but unlike my friend, i can't afford tires every other week, lol)

depends what tires

and 12-20k is a huge range..
