FRUSTRATED!!! Help me pick some wheels...

My eibach pro-kit goes on thursday morning... i REALLY want wheels to go with it.

I was pretty set on 19" Axis Pentas until i did some searching and learned they dont make an appropriate offset for the G's in that size... I can go 20s but not sure i want the performance loss and think they look almost too big.

So... my criteria is:

19" preffered (try to convince me on 20s but im not sure its possible)... needs to clear the stock brembos (04 6MT)... needs to stay under $2500ish US with tires... so unfortunately no volks/works... im in love with the SF challenges but need to get the car paid off first before i spend that kind of cash on rims/tires.

i've searched the crap outta everything but havent quite found anything that really tickles my fancy... Also i want an aggressive staggered set up.

Help out the n00b! Post pics! Anything! I just want some wheels!

just wait for a set of used quality wheels in that price range rather settling for an inferior product. There aren't really any 19" mesh style wheels with aggressive offsets so you should just wait for a set of used vs-xx's

if you already have 2500, i say save up another 1k and get some nice new volks/works with tires. nothing worse than making a premature decision and regretting it a couple weeks later thinking you should've waited. do it right the first time. i'm saving up for them vsxx

i'd say thats pretty expensive for volks(4k min.). im personally saving for works vs-xx and needless to say, its a pretty penny. But when i get them on, watch out!

4k for volks/tires are definately a bit too much. more specifically, what rims/tires are you requesting for the quotes?

that 4g is CDN... after ive paid duties and taxes and shipping and all that fun stuff it'll be about $4200 canadian.

the rims and tires were quoted about $3800 US.

thats from forum vendors with lugs and moutned and balanced and all that. tires are toyo t1r.

sounds too expensive?

mounted balance everything that sounds about right. if you got the quote from the vendors here i'm sure you'll be fine. shipping prob killed you since you're in canada, but yeah save up the extra cash for what you really want. don't settle for anything less!
