Also got something of a clunk or rattle going on- Sound is localized to right behind the driver side rear seat (06 G35C)... Right around where the adjustmet **** is located- but closer to the B pillar apparently.
I sent BC Racing an email on the issue and got a prompt reply. I was suitably impressed by their quick response:
When we first released the G37's there was something in the strut tubes that was emitting a rattle, but after figuring out what it was and sending out new parts to the owners with rattly shocks we never had a problem again. I had one other gentlemen contact me about a rattle and he sent me the same link. (edit: He was refering to one I submit on the same subject- might have even been this thread- I can't remember) I asked him to check the preload on his springs and sure enough that was the problem. The customers that did have rattles had them from the moment they were installed. Being that yours happened after a few thousand miles leads me to believe it is most likely insufficient preload on the rear springs.
I'm not sure if this helps anyone- but I can testify to two things for those of you thinking about BR style coilovers. I have had them on for a few thousand k and have REALLY enjoyed them. Adjusting height is a snap (though rears are apparently more work) and the ride comfort can be changed from forgiving to downright chiropractic. Changing between the two is a simple twist of 4 *****.
I concur with everything the OP stated in his review- though I'm quite a bit less knowledgeable than he is on the subject. They were a great investment- but I had been warned that there would be a bit more noise than with the stock springs... and from what I've learned through BC Racing, they're very accommodating to help solve the issues.

just noticed this thread. i have a 05 AWD sedan on BC coils. i installed august 09. i put about 20,000 miles on them to now. winters and all. only complaint i have was a knocking in the rear that started couple months back, but reading through this thread, i think i found my problem.
i still get a lot of compliments on how great the ride feels. the road conditions where i live are horrible and they are holding up just great. and for an AWD guy these are my only option for a coil so i really have nothing else to compare to, but they are a great coilover point blank...
