Cake- I'm in Vancouver as well... well that area. I know it's a shot in the dark but I see a car with similar mods over in the west van area (Lions Bay) ... wonder if that's you?

I can't help you with the settings and springs etc... but I had my coils checked out by the boys over at Monkey Nutz Racing in Burnaby and they balanced it out and got everything zeroed right in. If you're left scratching your head at all... give Sean or Jurie a call there and I'm sure they'll take care of you.

Has any one else ran these on the track other than Klubbheads?
I've just heard mixed reviews about BC racing.

I have numerous times on my 2nd gen sedan. No issues whatsoever and they work better than the OEM "sport" suspension, IMHO.

Experiencing same problem with the rattling and clunking noise, was it the endlinks after all?

who installed the coilovers? i just ask because the car might have been lowered the wrong way as in lowering it from the spring preload

Beebo, I installed the front and had a auto shop take care of the rear but I have no clue when you say lowering it from the spring preload, I follow the installed instruction.

Does anyone have an actual number for adjustability range compared to stock for the BC''s?

I contacted BC north america and they won't even tell me... wtf right? They say there's too many variables. Sounds like a case of lazy or poor documentation to me.

Any assistance?

Ok after about 5 emails and asking about 4 times, I finally got a picture and a rough range of adjustment, they didn't even specify front to rear or whether this is for the G coupe, sedan, or 350Z.

Horrid CS, I'm very glad I didn't go with this company. Though their product gets good reviews for the most part. The range of adjustment on the G/Z is not worth a crap either but that seems to be kind of common to most cheaper CO's for these cars.

In either case here's the info for BC gave me for any of you guys wondering:

Attached is a photo of the default kit. Our range of adjustment is usually in the 2-3in range. Please let me know if you have any other questions, thank you.

It's fairly commonly known that the MAX height in the rear for the standard spring only leaves about a finger gap.
Front, no idea.

And the adjustment down from the MAX in the rear is only about 1", maybe a little more if you remove the locking collars.

I couldn't obtain any info on the front.

^ it's certainly more than 1" in the rear.

My fronts came "lifted" from the factory. I had to adjust it down. The rears were not adjusted so i set the height myself.

Either way, you have to set the height when you install it anyway.

^Can you confirm the range of adjustment then? i'm going strictly off BC's given numbers, they say there's only about 1" of adjustment in the rear unless you remove the collar.

I could, but honestly don't have time to do it, sorry. There was a post here a while back of someone who did the full max and minimum height on the BC's, might be worth searching it. That person posted pictures as well.
