Thanks for the link! I'll look more into now. With my rear seats upright you can't see the holes so, I can go either way.

Do you have any pictures of whar you did? The Megan's link says to take off the strut and drill the hole? I'm assuming thats the only way or is it under the back seats? Damn I'm confused lol. And how do you lift up the rear sears? Just pull straight up really hard in the middle right? Feels like
I'm gonna break something haha

if you remove the rear struts and look up the hole you will see 2 smaller holes just take a large drift pin and smack the hole str8 above the strut a few time to enlarge the hole then take the head of the extender off so its just the wire and fish that ish around until you feel it poke up past foam.... kinda give it a twist and it will grab and pop out the top.
it makes it kinda easyer if you pop the speaker deck up so you can see what your doing.... you also gotta remove the hook thing that under the child safety cap , its a 12mm

the end result is this

Did you use the extenders that came stock with the BC coils? The ones they gave me seem kind of short. Doesn't look like it'll reach from the strut to the rear child lock when I was taking a look at the back seat area.

Another question too, when I was looking the rear spring, it seemed kind of loose. I was able to grab it and jiggle it around its spot. Is that normal, or was that a bad install?

It looks short but when u hook it up2 the adjusting **** it just pokes out right past the opening...... About the spring being a little loose it should move just a bit because the cup moved down from the car being jacked up.....

You can extend it, it's fairly easy. Here's my how-to for it.

Oh snap so this can be done on the coupe?!?!? I was just thinking about this the other day. If premium sedans can do this, why cant the coupes? Now that I see someone has done it, Im going to try.

I understand everything from seeing two small holes and using a drift pin to enlarge one of the holes... but everything seems fuzzy after that. Can you give more details?

I can confirm that the extension do work on coupes as well.

I just did the job today myself!

I do want to note though that I didnt even need to use a drift pin to enlarge a hole.

Once you look up where the strut goes, you will see two tiny holes (ones bigger than the other) You will want to stick the extensions up through the larger hole. After that, you should be able to grab it underneath the speaker deck and feed it to the child safety cap.

Of course you will need to remove the child safety cap first. In addition you will also have to remove the BC extender head so it will just be the wire running through. Once you get everything through the speaker deck lid through the child safety cap, you can install back the BC extender head and start adjusting.

How are these compared to Bilstein PSS-9 coils? Mostly comfort wise.

I have an '05 x and I'm buying BC coilovers in a couple of months. Is the adjuster extension just a solid piece or is it flexible like the ones for the Tokico D-Specs? And because I have a sedan, do I have to do any drilling or cutting? I've read that I just have to tilt my seats all the way up and pull back some Velcro and the strut mounts are there. Is this true?
