I got mine off eBay. Haven't had a chance to get on the highway yet. I had vibrations b/c my tires were choppy and I need and alignment. New tires will be here tomorrow and I'll be getting them put on this weekend along with new shoes and an alignment.

These are the ones I ordered. I wouldn't recommend getting these because, as you can see in the photo, the rubber boot also covers what I call the pressing flange, which is the part you put the force on to press the ball joint into the control arm or hub, whatever it's called in our cars. I was very afraid that I was going to tear this and all the grease come out so I was extra careful when pressing it in.

The good thing about these though is that they come with a 1 year warranty.

The roll center adjusters Megan sells are the replacements for the lower ball joints. They are just designed differently so the return the steering angle to the correct position on lowered cars. If you aren't dropped, these are overkill since they're over $200/pair.

FWIW I'm having mine installed tomorrow, yeah!!

I replaced mine with the megans, im lowered. having an issue with right side, the nut that connects the balljoint to the lower control arm continues to come loose. This is causing the nut to tear into the lower control arm. Not sure if there is a problem with the balljoint seat. Anyone else having an issue?

Both of my ball joints need to be replaced as well; I checked out RockAuto and they have two from BeckArnley and Deeza. Has anyone used any of these?

I would also like to know if anyone has used these.. $45 (Deeza - have 2 year warranty) and $60 (Beck) ..

Not sure if I really like the metal ring clips that hold on the boots.. It just looks cheap.. thoughts?

Has anyone used the CZP ball joints?

I got my Deeza ball joints today and they look pretty solid, but they don't have castle nuts or cotter pins. Here are some pics I plan on trying to install them this weekend.

So I just pressed on one of the Deeza ball joints. The Deeza is not flexible at all like the OEM ones.

I used a 22 mm socket, ratchet, 22 in breaker, and the press from advance auto. Took about 5 minutes to do.

Does anyone know if any of the other ball joints are as movable as OEM?

Oh yea Deeza nut is larger than OEM had to use 15/16 to get it on 22/23 mm was to small.

Why not just reuse OEM nut? What do you mean by loose?
