what kind of relay are you using for the compressor? a regular 30/40 relay or the 80amp relay? the relay might be stuck or might have fried on the spot. or the compressor itself might have died

there is. you would need a volt meter though. if the tanks psi is lower than it should be to where the comp should definatly be on. put a volt meter on the power wire coming out of the relay (hot wire going to the compressor) if you have power then the relay is good to go.

easiest way to check the compressor is to take some jumper cables or 2 long strangs of wire (long enough to go from your battery or another cars batter pulled up behind your car) and touch the possitive on the batter to the power wire on the compressor. and same for the negative. if it kicks on then the comp is good. if both test out to be good. then the pressure switch is the only other thing that i can think of without being there. pressure switches are cheap enough to replace.

I have 2 compressor with a 5 gallon tank, the 145 will work? Sorry for not being specific, its hard to type on the phone. i have 4 valves that raise the car and lower, i have a switchbox so i want to get another 4. So it can raise the car from corners or up and down .

yea you really dont want to cheap out on bags. and they are a pretty standard price wherever you go.

for the 4 other valves i would get dans, blitz, or even parker valves.

Only ideas I've had:
--Lower the coils even more so I can put more air in the bags and stay low with more air.
--Max out the dampening on the coils.
go with option #1 first

Just ordered up all my stuff got a Viair 380 dual package coming in. Is it safe to use the 165 on / 200 off pressure switch that comes with it or should I get a lower on/off pressure switch? I'm running a 3 gallon helix tank with these pumps.
