but i was talking to my friend that is pretty familiar with air suspension and i brought up the fact the it could be lines and he said that it shouldnt affect it that much. his lines arent even either and his psi is pretty much the same... im thinking its bc he has digital gauges? hes got a different bag set up too but i forgot what theyre called. there more expensive and all his fronts are sleeved bags.
Hmmm no idea then lol I know I measured all my lines so everything was even......

Question on bags

Nvm! Answered!

Ok another question:
I am already on BC coils so all i would have to do is pick up the parts listed in Post 2. If i plan on going with the accuair E level system are installing the sensors to the frame difficult?

U can go to Bagriders.com and they actually have the cups, brackets and bolts all paired up as a package for u to buy. I recommend powdercoating the cups though to avoid rust and stuff.

As for the Elevel, its very time consuming, alot of mocking up and testing. Pretty much just got semi mount it to the frame, mount the rim on and then jackup the rim and see how far(low) it goes. My car was on 4 jack stands when he did this. Also adjusting the shock also will help if ur trying to get lower.

Hey guys, I'm trying to sell the air ride that's on my G, details below.

https://g35driver.com/forums/steerin...uspension.html

I received this inquiry and don't know how to answer it. I've posted it here in the hopes one of you would be willing to chime in and share your knowledge by sharing your opinion.

From a member in the Canadian Forum.

I'm looking for air-ride suspension myself, planning to go with accuair, how does this set-up compare?

Thanks in advance for your time.

My buddy has the exact same setup as urs. One thing riding with him, I guess its the lazyness in me but I love my touchpad with the presets and love the Elevel, everytime I ride with him Im always looking at his guages to make sure we are level, that would drive me crazy if I had to look down every 10 mins or so.

So how do the two systems compare? I've never been in a ride with an Elevel. Other than the checking to see if the level is correct are they the same? Thanks again BTW.

Ill be installing a full kit from bag riders on a awd sedan in a few weeks with accu air. My biggest question is about the rear bag brackets. Do they just sit in the perches with no rubber isolators? Also I'm picturing the stock bucket having the drop for the spring and the bracket being flat, this doesn't cause any issues? I'm sure ill figure it out when I get to installing, just trying to get a game plan . Thanks for the help.

Hey guys,

My set up is AirRex struts. vu4. Dual compressors. Accuair E-level

WHat I was wondering is, ever since I installed my bags my slip, VDC and TSC lights are all on. It's fun to drive now that all traction control is off however in the wet, I find the rear kicks out really easily to the point of it being really dangerous. There is the odd occasion where the lights will not turn on, and the car wont kick out. However, once I air out and the car hits the ground, all the above lights turn on. Do any of you have this problem?

On the positive note, I guess installing bags is the way to permanently remove all traction control!

Did you disturb either of the ABS sensors while working on the front suspension?

the sensor is located behind the steering knuckle / spindle. take off your wheel and look for this thing (lol)

the ABS sensor is on the backside - see below

Thanks for that man. I'm gonna rewire a few things so I'll have a look then. I didn't touch hat rear of that at all, but that's not to say I didn't accidently grab it when I was trying to remove something. Ill have a look at it. Personally, I enjoy not having any traction control on. Hahaha. But this can be very risky as soon as moisture hits the floor.

normal air ride on the other hand can lay your car all the way on the ground or lift it up higher than it was when it was stock. and it can be anywhere inbetween those 2 heights. you can drive with the car fully inflated with zero problems other than you will look goofy. or you can drive with it as low as you want to.
Informative thread - thanks. Point of clarification: I have been running the Exotic Air cup kit for several months now and have driven for extended periods with the cups up with no problems. It has performed flawlessly.

Also the valves you provide the link to seem like a great deal, but I worry about the max 150 psi rating. I need at least 160 psi for use of the cup kit and have the tank pressure switch rated for 175 on / 200 off.

I forgot the correct word/term for it but mine did the samething after I installed my airride, what one of the techs at my body shop had to do was reset/relearn the "steering position" or something like that and BAM, all good and no lights on anymore.
