this is what full 06 z suspension looks like(keep in mind my winter tires are a bit shorter then stock because my bro had them laying around so with the correct sidewall height the wheel gap may be a tad less)
the problem with this is that the car now rides like a 350z..which isn't wonderfull...lol
your ride will probably be better with the coupe rears, but im not sure about that..height should be about the same as mine because i think the revised rears are about the same height as coupe springs

I really dont want it to ride any rougher, Been there done that a million times.

i never said the front was different, the z shocks are different then the G shocks is all i said, the z front springs are all the same
its not gonna ride as softly as a stock g either way. its not like my rsx with buddy club N+'s..lol. its probably about the same as my fiance's civic ex as far as bumpyness

Hey 006 no worries just trying to make sure I get the right stuff. So if I add the full 07Z front setup should I add the 07 rear Z strut w/coupe 427s or unrevised coupe springs. I have access to 07 Rear struts as well. ( should front / rear be matched struts )
Im probaly nit picking just trying to be 100% Just wanna retain the ride quality. A little stiffness like OEM M3 is fine just not bone jarring.

When I put the full Z setup on, it was only because I had got revised sport coupe springs that were exactly the same as rear z springs anyway. I was considering changing them out for other coupe rears later, but I like the Z springs enough that I'm not going to worry about it.
BTW, here's the ride height:

For the sake of reference (and of course pic whoring), my G/Z stance:

Sport coupe rears = revised (2004.5+) Z rears, both are 427lb spring rate. Your sedan rear shocks will be happier with base coupe springs, and your ride will be less stiff. Given your goals, I would go with the base coupe rears.

Swivel,
Thanks, Thats what it appears im going to do :
Base coupe rears ( which match the stiffness of my stock rears )
and 350Z fronts ( it appears all year of front Z springs are the same )
Im hoping if I go with a Z front strut as well it wont be any stiffer than just throwing the springs on my strut.
( my friend will sell my a whole 07Z front setup assembled )
Your stance looks perfect!

5 pages! Wow. I'm reading confusing statements here. I'm trying to keep this simple. I have an '06 Sedan non-sport. I just picked up 350Z shocks/struts. Is there anything on them to tell me whether they're revised/unrevised? If they're revised shocks/struts, what springs am I looking for to make the car level and not ride too harsh? I want it to be a subtle lower stance with no aggressiveness to the ride quality. I don't want to mix/match spring types. Either all 350Z springs or all sport springs. I do plan to get bigger rims (like 18's or 19's) in the future, so I want this to fit right the first time.

That's what I'm asking. Is there a mark or something on the Z shocks/struts to tell me what year or if they're revised or not? I'm looking to get springs. I don't have any yet. I'm looking into which springs are the best setup for putting on the G to lower it and not lose comfort. I don't mind a bit more handling and responsiveness, but many aftermarket springs get too aggressive and makes the ride plain old uncomfortable.
