I picked them up from Kijiji a couple of weeks ago. They are Pirelli Winter 210 Sottozero, anyone have any feedback on these?
Oh nooooo you let them wash your car. I pay them, so they won't wash my car.

Good stuff on getting them mounted.

Yup, it's pretty light...27.5lbs according to the listing on PA:

Think I picked it up for about $120.

Excellent, thanks Wayne. I have been looking around at them. I'll check it out next time I'm in the city.

Excellent news Wayne.

I'm getting plans drawn up for a garage with a full basement underneath. Hopefully start the build next year. Then I can get a good floor jack.

^^LOLthese weights of 27.5 lbs and 90 lbs, wow, what a difference.
Then I just realized, I have lost 19 lbs in just under 7 weeks. I am still workin on another 31 lbs that I want to lose.
Heck, if I lose all of that, I should be able to drag one of those jacks around with no problem

At that weight you'll have to throw yourself into a harness to get that jack moving. When you build the garage, built in jack? Any garages going under in your area?

Long way to go with the weight loss yet Sam and no, it will be a portable jack Sam.
No UG garages around here.

didnt think it would be so much of a trouble.

tire rack says go staggered, 225/50/17 and 235/50/17 , or 225/55/17, so many threads in different forum. i called 3 different infiniti dealer, just to see their sizes if i were to buy it from them. all says 225/55/17 , i asked all of them about the VDC issue, they said they never had any clients coming back.

i tried to stay staggered however none of the tire dealers have the same tire type with these sizes. so it was either go staggered with different types of tires (maybe different brand) or listen to the dealer.

first time i listened to the dealer's advice and ordered 225/55/17s for front and rear, michelin xice2 for 830 (inc mounting into my old rims, disposing the old) not from them, they sell it for 1300

i got it from this tire dealer in brampton car kraze, but buddy got his continentals there (he put 16s on 328i coupe new generation, i dunno if thats ok though)

next week im putting them on, im gonna make sure the tire production year is recent.

Hi, if you are gonna stat with 225/55/17s all around I'd be all over this.

http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ232984079

If you are looking to go staggered 50 in the front and 55 in the back I'd look into these wheels and get the tires separately.

http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ240066367

I went 50 front and 55 for the rear and it works out for me. It did not drop any ride height. I don't have problems with driveways or parking lots.

I heard that 55 in front will rub because of thicker treads. People running 55s in the front can correct if I was misinformed.

i already ordered (havent paid though)

well i dont think it will rub, or else all these people the dealers have sold to would rub too)
we ll see next week.
thanks for the links though. i think i ll b fine with these michelin xice2 s for a while.

after reading the performance and treadware i think i ll ok till i sell my G, i am anxious to play around the parking lot when the snow is on the ground
