Zaino !

Well, I've only had the 'g' for a little over 2 weeks now and I already have 5 coats on, I think it's safe to say I've got enough....for now . I'm considering taking off the letters "infiniti" to make my zaino obsession easier. What'ch think?

Re: Zaino !

I removed "Infiniti" and "g35" from my tunk lid, leaving the logo. I think it looks great.

Re: Zaino !

wow very nice. It looks like a mirror. I have three coats of Z2 on mine. Since it is silver you can't really see the shine like you can on a darker car.

DeBadging

Debadging is great. Just take some dental floss and work it behind the letters. They are stuck on with a rubbery goo like the credit card companies put your new credit card on the paper when they send them to you. Then you can just roll up the extra with your thumb into little *****. After that just polish the area with wax to get rid of the residue. Many people have done this.

Re: DeBadging

If I were you I would reinstall the satellite antenna to the inside of your rear window before debadging your car.

Re: DeBadging

Ya, no kidding. I was thinking about getting the lower profile antenna , but I'm thinking maybe just relocating. How does the antenna come off anyway? Blow dryer as well?

Pinoy G35
Used hair dryer and denal floss. Came off without a hitch; left very little glue (easy to remove) and no mark on the paint. I removed the G35 and Infiniti -- I left the logo.

Re: DeBadging

Oh yeah. Your car looks great on Zaino(or Zaino on the car I mean). I am still not sold on the stuff because I think that it makes cars look a little unnatural in pictures. I use Zymol wax that you have to order and I like the way it makes my car appear. Maybe if I were to see a Zaino'd car in person.
