Post up your 1/4 mile times
I just ran for the 1st time on the "squeeze."
I went up to SpeedWorld , west of Orlando, on 11/11/05. The track was super crowded, I got there late (8:30), and I only got 1 run.
The air was nice: about 65 w/ about 50% humidity.
my run was a 13.050 @110.5 mph. I was very satisfied with the results. I never even got a chance to cool the engine down. I usually like to push the car throught the lines and ice the manifold. Because there were easily 200 cars, I was not planning on pushing my car for almost a 1/4 mile!
The only mods are a a full exhaust, a stillen airbox, and NX. The car is a 6MT 2005 Sedan. My only other time at the track. I ran with just the stillen airbox (all else stock) at Moroso. Terrible air quality. 80 degrees with abotu 80% humidity. Hot engine (no cool down either.) 14.9 @95.6 mph

Yesterday was only the second time I've been to the track. I beat on...I mean, I took my wife's '04 G35x. Only mods are z-tube, K&N drop and Gordgee's GG. I also had a completely full tank of gas - the wife's fault. That's 90 lbs I could've done without!
Reaction - .5630
60 ft - 2.1809
330 ft - 6.1740
ET @ 594 ft - 8.8597
1/8 ET - 9.4589
1/8 MPH - 75.10
Temps were between 42 - 46 - Ohio Valley Dragway in KY
I used a conversion chart and came up with a 14.76 1/4 time. My times got progressively worse even though it was cold - it was frustrating.

There's an auto Max with just headers, CAI, catback, and slicks doing 13.5@102mph and with the staged 50-150 shot doing 12.1@111mph. He's in Toronto. From what I've read on other forums, Toronto has a very quick track because I always hear of wickedly fast times coming from that track. I know of a Celica GT-S with an intake, catback, and drag radials doing 13.9@102mph at the Toronto track. There is a bonestock auto 04 Maxima in NJ that's gone 14.2@96mph.
Usually when you hear of a super great time out of a car, more often than not the car was raced in the fall/winter at:
1) Houston Raceway Park
2) Montgomery, Alabama
3) The "Rock" North Carolina
4) Englishton, NJ
5) Toronto Motorsports Park
6) Sacramento Raceway
7) Carlsbad, CA
8) Maryland
9) Baton Rouge, LA
What you'll find is many of these tracks are at or below sea level, they're coastal which means super high baro pressures in the fall/winter, and they're open even when it's 30 degrees out. All this can make a huge difference in performance.

First runs
I have had TT’s on for about a year now. Baseline Dyno at 212 rwhp. 410 rwhp after turbo installation. So I finally decided to take it to the drag strip— Firebird International Raceway, Chandler, AZ. Couldn't launch it whatsoever or hold traction in 1st or 2nd. I only did 4 runs total as was there more for fun than dialing in my skills or lack thereof.
The results:
1st run
R/T .713
60' 2.887
330 6.801
1/8 9.854
MPH 83.33
1000' 12.399
1/4 14.493
MPH 109.17
2nd run
R/T .968
60' 2.642
330 6.397
1/8 9.308
MPH 84.89
1000' 11.777

MPH 110.99
Other runs
1/4 13.887
MPH 110.78
1/4 14.036
MPH 108.72
With these kind of trap speeds what E/T should I be running on street tires? Where should my 60' be? Any educated guesses...

Not knowing that stuff effects my answer, but your 60' times are what is killing you. My 87 Mustang GT, with 298 RWHP runs 13.2 @ 107 with 1.9 60' times. If you go conservatively...and I am assuming you have a 6 spd...you should launch at idle for now but, get some nice drag radials or even slicks, and be able to pull 2.0-2.1 w/street tires off idle and 1.7s with race tires, and you will be in the 911 TT range of 12.2-12.7 at 110+.
At the track it's all about two things...if you are racing yourself, the 60' time is the only thing that counts...IE, if you could care less about the person in the other lane and you are just there to have fun and get the best out of your car...the first 60' makes or breaks you. You might as well shift from 1st to 6th if you are spinning like you are b/c the race is over.
If you are racing the person next to you and want a good time, you need a good reaction time and a good 60' time. Your first reaction time won't hurt you too much, but the 2nd one looks like you were sleeping...lol...you want to shoot for the 500-600 range...and again, if you keep on your street tires feather off idle, and I would shift into 2nd pretty damn quick, and then if you can hold traction in 2nd wind it out, and then rip third...etc. Unless you are tuned for a higher redline you will be crossing in 4th...
Keep us posted, have fun at all costs, and good luck.

I suggest launching right off idle and progressively feeding the gas through 1st and lifting completely off the throttle on the 1-2 shift. 2.6-2.8 60 foots are horribly bad
Seriously, a half way fast person could over 60' faster. A 2.3 60 foot is considered not terribly good, but that might be the best you can do until you step up and buy the tires you really should be running (drag radials or slicks). With a 2.3 60 foot, you'll shed a solid .5-.8 seconds and probably gain 2-3mph. I'd imagine you're spinning so bad right now that you're forced to shift to 2nd WAY too early.
with those traps and traction you could run low low 12s. you really are wasting your time on street tires with your setup. i would get some drag radials (in the least) and throw them on for the track. you are spinning like crazy. i would spend 600 and get some slicks if i were you and run some respectable times...
