I also have the Stillen HFAB and Ztube. This setup is very safe,
plenty of room between the intake and AC line.
03 5AT Sedan, sunroof, splashguards, HKS muffler,
14 wire Grounding kit, Z Duct, Stillen HF/AB
Underbody rear diffusers, Drilled alum pedals,
Stillen sway bars H/H

Hey guys...long story short...ur intake is probably rubbing on the A/C line or at least VERY close to it.
The popcharger bracket will actually force it onto the A/C line which is a soft metal and should not be rubbed against.
Instead of reposting...here is a link to my life for today...the end has the fix for the problem..warning LOTs of pics

Doesn't seem like a problem with the AEM CAI. I've had the intake for awhile and had read about this before I ever got my car and had forgotten by the time the intake was installed. I just checked it and I have more than enough room- took pictures since most of the links in this topic are now dead - hope it helps someone else figure out what is going on so they can catch it in time!!
