Is a belt squealing? Do you have a video of the sound?

Was the plenum off for the entire 3 months and was the opening adequately protected? You might have a critter in the engine that is squealing?

I do have a video of me inside the car starting it, not sure how i’d post it here though, the plenum was off roughly for 1 month, in an in closed garage. i’m not sure if it’s a belt because i’m unable to go up to the engine bay to hear exactly where it’s coming from because it will not idle, it dies if i don’t give it a little gas. i’m going to have my friend hold rpm so i can hear where it’s coming from. it doesn’t really sound like a belt, it’s very loud, almost need ear plugs.

Sounds like a belt or a pulley. Funny thing is the exact thing happened to me yesterday. Loud noise while driving and then POP BANG. Idler pulley left me stranded for three hrs on the side of the road. Check your pulleys and belts

If it won't idle at all I'd doublecheck the manifold gasket, you may have pinched the oil fill neck (very common mistake) and have a massive vacuum leak. Since the belts are easy to remove you can just take them off and spin all the accessory pulleys (and tensioners) by hand, if one has a bearing problem it will be unmistakable when turning it by hand.

Post video's to youtube and put the link here it will embed the video automatically.

well, i found my problem, my plenum was pinching my oil fill rubber neck thing, it was causing a vacuum leak! i took off plenum, got the rubber piece out of it, bolted it back, started and ran like a charm!

Yep, SUPER common when putting the plenum back together. Glad everything is working now.
