I haven't posted anything disrespectful towards anyone. However, you are really pompous.

So, I have to actually run an M3 to know if the G35 would win or lose?
Ok, with that logic.....I need to race my dad to know if I can beat his 911 Turbo or not. That logic doesn't work. Some things are a little obvious. Yes, I know that was an extreme example, but the logic is the same.

Fine, the G35 will beat every car in the world. Happy?

I respect most of your posts and you've been posting here for a long time. I don't understand your need to jump on people personally just because that have a different opinion than yours.

Ok (and I'm honestly asking you.....not being an ***):

You are saying that my current setup is better than an M3?

2005 Coupe (5AT)
Motordyne 1/2" spacer with IsoThermal kit
Crawford Cats
Borla Exhaust
Z-tube and Pop Charger

I have a VERY hard time believing it, but am willing to listen to the theory behind it.

We have ran some. I have actually ran TWO M3s, and KlumZee has ran one that I know of. We posted the same results. You have not ran a single one. You have no clue what the G35 is compatible of with this mod or any mod for that matter. Your LOGIC doesn't work. We have the facts backing us since we ACTUALLY ran the car.

I jump on people who say its not possible like you. When we did it!

Like I said, go look at a dyno of a M3. We make more power under the curve than they do until our REDline cuts in. If you go by the peak hp, sure they make more, but we have more where we need it.

#1, you have a 5AT

#2 you don't have a REV up engine, so the mods don't work as well with yours as they do ours.

Ok, I think we need to get something straight, because I think some people are starting to get the facts confused now:

1) I am saying that the G35 (with the typical bolt-ons as they stand right now.....meaning things that are CURRENTLY on the market will not beat an M3).

2) From what I'm starting to gather, you guys are referring to Tony's NEW product that has yet to be made public. I will not comment on this particular product, because I know NOTHING about it. I will wait and see after the facts are released about it. Tony is a stud at making grade A products for the G35. If anyone can do it, it's him.........and Bob The Builder.

Just want to make sure that I'm understanding everything correctly.

So my official statement.........

The G35 as it stands right now will not beat an M3 with the current on-the-market bolt ons. I reserve the right to change my mind once the new Motordyne product hits the streets. I have faith in Tony's ability to make it happen and from what it sounds like, he has.

Is this fair or am I still way off base (according to you)?

Doesn't matter to me anymore. I know what happened when I ran him and the other one. So I really rather not argue about it anymore.

Again, I don't want you to hate me. I really do respect your opinion. You obviously know what you are talking about.

I don't doubt the capabilities of the G35 in the hands of a VERY capable driver. However, it would take terrific driving skills to beat an M3 with the G35 (again, this is not taking Motordyne's latest mod into the equation).

Can the G35 do it....obviously YES, because you did it.

I still call BS....there's no way in my mind a G35 could take an m3 just with bolt-on's.

I am not putting the m3 up on a pedestal in the heavens nor am I bashing it cuz it's a BMW and I drive an Infiniti so BMW's suck, but it is a great car...and from what I've seen, felt, gathered...I just don't believe even a rev-up engine G35 with bolt-on's could take an M3.

Tex, I said it before and I'll say it again, I don't care for Dyno Racing or Mag racing. If you can't come up with a video thats fine, but I will just have to call BS. Then you will say well, screw you cuz I know what I did...so then we will just have to agree to disagree.

That would definitely be a good clarification.

I just think it's too hilarious when you guys argue about paper specs on cars - vs - what happens on the road. who cares if an M3 is faster than the G35...if the BMW driver can't drive it....then...oh well....move on and get a life...really.

The driver and the street mean so much more than paper specs.....
