..the intercooler isn't directional, and taking off the fans with that bumper would be your best bet.

..some of the 350z guys have wrapped their aftermarket headers without a problem. There's a long discussion over my350z talking about the quality of metals used to cast the stock headers vs the crawford headers. I believe the outcome was that the stock headers could handle the heat better than the aftermarket ones.

..from what I've seen of the awd sedan I don't think this kit will be an issue to install. The downpipe to mid pipe location looks similar, brackets, piping, all look good for clearance, but then I've never taken a tape measure out so...

...400whp isn't a very far reach with this kit.... I think the thing that limits this kit the most is the TS flash used for management... its hit or miss.

i know people have gotten close to 400whp, but whats the MAX limit on this kit stock, if the reflash and the enginer internals wasnt an issue. What if an emanage ultimate was used? what would be the max boost and whp that this kit can be used for? TNectics or APS i dunno!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

Hey Escobar,

Edit: Actually, the kit will not work on the 05 due to the CVTCS. The programming will obviously be different and the engine is actually positioned the slightest bit different where Turbonetics will have to re-check the piping, etc...

Sorry if anyone was mislead. I was going by what Turbonetics was telling me.

As was a part of a vortech GB and i was guaranteed (by vortech)that the kit will fit, but as it turns out it didnt. its hard for me to accept a simple "yes" this time.

People that decide on using different engine managment, shouldn't have to worry if they have an '05 with the new REVUP engine. People that are going to stay with the Technosquare flash are the ones that will have to wait. It will still work if they decide to go with a custom flash instead of the standard flash. From what I've heard, the only piping issue should be on the intake portion of the turbo where it comes near the frame. That is fixed by loosening the bolts of the compressor and rotating it to fit. I believe there was a slight issue with some of the 04's, which has been slightly enhanced in the 05's. Worst scenario, they have to tap the frame a little in that area.

So it's not going to work with an '05? That's what I had previously thought.

Unfortunately the only way around this is what 2slo2bfurious stated. However, a small price to pay for the single turbo set up

Hmmmm.... Turbo (in Homer Simpson Voice).

oh ok, so the only thing that will not work is the TS reflash. which doesnt matter to me since i wanna go w/ a GReddy e-Manage Ultimate from the get go.

Yes and the minor tweaks to the piping.

I would be more than happy to discount an eManage and add it to the kit for anyone who would like to take this route.
