the tv is the greatest part john! lol. its just everything else is a pain. the sears stores are retarded and cant order it in. im going to look a couple more days and then order that 1 online from sears if anything.

you should get a stand that just sits at the bottom...plasmas give off alot of heat. during the winter time...i use mine as a heater but when summer comes around...i try not to watch TV when im in my room...haha

thats the tv i have in my bedroom. i love it. and bluray movies are amazing looking. i bought it because the pioneer was about 2500.00 more

is there an easy way to refinish a stand that high slight scratches on it? like black polish or something...

you can use a black or red magic marker to fill scratches in dark stained wood...wipe the excess off with damp rag.

thanks chris! i was thinking about doing something like this. then ill probably just shine it up a bit. cant really go wrong with a stand that fits well for only $100.

waiting to swap out stands this weekend. the stand i took home was the new model thats 1" too tall. so they're giving me a floor model for $100 that ill polish up and take pics of everything this weekend.
