Haha, ok, that makes more sense. They are referring to their A/F during a WOT run.

yeah mine was around 10.6-11.1 at WOT.

the verdict from the dealer....no warranty of the engine but they did say that they would do an engine swap for me for 1400.00 dollars if I can have the new engine shipped to them....Now thats a bargain there IMO..

I am going to when I get home today..i will probably be towing the car back to the house...Ininfiniti said they are checking one last thing before they send it back to me...The Tech said he wanted to check the Procharger first to see if it locked on me causing the whole car to lock up....The wierd thing is that if the Procharger did lock up I just had it re-built about 3 1/2 4 weeks ago by ATI.

if he was only cruising when the motor popped, the damage had already been done before. coulda been done before the retune, coulda been done afterwards. without both maps to compare what was done, we wont know if it was a tune issue or just time for the rods to let go.

either way, 1400$ for the old motor pulled, new motor and having it installed is a good price.

A return fuel system will solve that problem.

If the procharger seized, I would expect the belt to be damaged. Didn't think it could damage a rod...
