So sorry, didn't read all of it.

I was running the Vortech, making around ~350whp on a dyno dynamics.

It's NA now, but I have a built motor with JWT TT kit going in eventually. In the process of building the motor now.

Basically Nissan is using a secondary air management system for improved cold-start emissions performance not to mention 4 cats. Cars that come with a T/TT/SC from the factory are specifically engineered that way, you know. Our cars were not intended to have FI so manufacturing a T/TT kit that will pass CARB is a real challenge.

Problem isn't the sniffer test, its the visual inspection. You can try to hide it all you want, but there's no way around it.

Also, good points on going with RA due to their expertise with the JWT kit on the VQ35. You can never go wrong with GTM if you have the extra cash, but the same applies with RA and their experience with the JWT kit (with less expenses for labor).

I'm sure Scott will take care of you just fine. Enjoy the TT's when they're installed

I Love my Vortech set up... as a daily driver it hasnt let me down... and the fun i have OHHHH boy... not to mention the whoosh sound and the bypass letting off the excess perssure... my buddie has a RX7 with a greddy turbo and he is just in love with the way my car sounds.... so many choices people... no matter what ya do... you gona love the sound. turbo or SC...
I have a 2.87 pully in the box.. just waiting to install and retune when im ready for a little more. But im running a tuner kit Vortech on a E manage Ultimate and 550 Cc injectors, 255 Walbro FP. DC polished hedders, and stillen tru dual exhaust.. so its a tad more fun than the (black box Vortech ) and i pass New York state emissions testing so far two years in a row.. to CEL on.

Not really. On a stock motor they cost roughly the same for everything. Labor is about a grand more though.
