6. dont know torque.
7. no dyno yet just 12.9 1/4 mile while I was stage 2
8. stage3 soon stage 4
9. stillen exaust, stillen cold air. z tube.
10. installed on car aug of 2005 at 8,000 miles now have 24,000 april 2006

I think exaust and cai helped so did z tube.

I havent dynoed yet because I don't really see the reason since stillen is what it is. probably 315 whp based on many runs against other cars.
I came in at 324whp . did it at stillen meet on may 13th run conditions were 79.7 deg F, 42% humidity and std 1.02, what ever that is.

stage 3. I was running 91 oct. they said if I had 100 octane it could have jumped a couple points and my big volk wheels actually hurts it by 10 to 15 hp. sounds about right. I want to say that the stillen feels a lot faster than a dyno says. I was at 300 wtq at 3000 rpms.

nice numbers toptoneone

I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with the idler pulley bearing, or at least thats what i think its called, looks like this

i had it replaced in march, and a squeaking sound from it has come back again. I know i can reroute the belt around it, like a stock setup where that little pulley wasnt there, but its supposed to slip very slightly at high rpms. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you guys fix it?

thanks

1. 03.5
2. G35 Sedan
3. 6mt
4. (19x8)
5. 243.6 RWHP before SC; 294 RWHP after SC Stage II
6. 245.5 TQ before SC; 295 TQ after SC Stage II
7. Dynapack Chassis Dynomometer
8. Stage II
9. Stillen TD Exhaust, 350z intake tube
10. No 1/4 times yet!!!

The expected HP and TQ is lower than expected, but according to GRD the "split second box" is not sending a signal to the 7th injector between 5K and 5 1/2K which is making my A/F Ratio around 14.8.

Right now I am just waiting for a new "split second box". GRD is hoping that will get me closer to the projected 75 rwhp. I am missing 25 rwhp. Kinda bummed but... I am happy with the power in the car... so far.

Installed Stage 4 last night.
It's making about 8.4psi now and seems to boost faster now but I am having what I think is some detonation at high RPM's. Installing a water/meth injection kit tomorrow night to help curb that problem. Also now that it is summer I am going to run all water and water wetter in my intercooler.

I'm getting a dyno on Saturday if all goes well.

Well, I just got back from GRD. Stillen sent them my new S/S box. They put it on and my A/F ratios are perfect. Thanks GRD!!! My HP and TQ numbers didn't change though. GRD said that I am barely making over 5 psi though. I am going to call Stillen and inform them that their 75 rwhp claim is BS. My car does seem smoother, but power doesn't seem greater or less than before. I think I need to go to Stage III now. Ha ha
