In Los Angeles Arco/AmPm doesn't even accept CC's, and even goes far to charge you 50 cents to use your debit.. (Their gas is iffy so I don't even use them anymore)

Valero/76 has done that bull**** "cash discount" scheme detailed in the article, since it was outlawed to have a credit card surcharge.

Generally, CC's cost the company more money than if the customer would have used cash, so why would they encourage that?

All my previous cars as well.
I usually hit BP or Mobil, but above all I hit Shell first before I try anything else.
