i like the way it looks...i got the car with chrome 20's, i would leave the front grill chrome and possibly paint the lower grills white as well, so where should i get this perfect matching ip white paint, i can spray myself as i have the equip from respraying my audi a4 door after some damage...

2) Don't paint the lower grilles white.
3) A body shop can mix it for you or you can buy it pre-mixed online (Google is your friend).

Which method are you using to clean them? It seems that you are able to get them clean meaning 1. it is on the outside only and 2. you can get it to a state where you like it but then just can't keep it clean. What you need to do is after you clean it off, you have to put some type of protection or sealant on it to keep it. You will have to reapply this every so often after washing your car, etc.

Well the outside is not so bad but the inside is pretty bad I bought this kit thing that comes with this stuff you put on with the sand paper well it feels and looks like sand paper and I did use a sealant but a month or 2 later there back to the same yellowish color again.....so I think the inside needs to be cleaned but im not sure if I should use a different product, im not sure....

It looks like it's on the inside. It's not.
Where are you located? Easiest thing to do is find a professional to do it for $30-$50.
What a pro (or a lot of your time) can do:
