What did you do to the G today?
Just got some new rubber on the G35. Put on the 18" sports that I recently bought, wrapped it in Michelin Pilot Sport AS3 245/45R18. They're chrome and I'm not a fan of chrome, plus they're from the East Coast so they have some corrosion on them. I'll be selling my 5-spoke 17s soon so I can get the 18s powder coated.
I just can't post up in the Marketplace since I don't have 100 posts yet. Haha.
Anyway, got most of the parts and fluids for the 120k and I'll be getting that done sometime this week.

Get some chrome polish/rust remover and that should help with the corrosion.
I m running a 275 in the rear and want something beefier
I may do that for the time being, but i'm definitely not keeping them chrome. I know of a local shop and I'll be powdercoating them like a semi-gloss or high gloss black. I've never been a fan of chrome, in general. I'd like to get all of the chrome pieces taken care of too, but that may be too detail oriented to do considering this is just a third car for me to have fun with since my wife won't let me do anything to her G37.
Right now I'm running 255 35 20's in the front with no rubbing. You might be able to get away with a 265 in the front but I'd be leary of the tires rubbing. A 275 might be a no, no. 285 in the rear is definitely a go ( those will be my next choice) but, all of this depends on whether or not you're going with a stanced or slammed look. I drive my car hard from time to time and I'm happy with my setup.
