04 6mt Coupe - motordyne 5/16 ART pipes TDX2; KWv2; Hotchkiss; custom seats.
I witnessed (and partially videoed from my truck's stealth 'dash' cam) a yee-yee truck (lifted and coal rolling truck) backing into a beautiful twilight blue Q60 coupe in a parking lot. He smashed the front so hard that it triggered my cam for vibration from the other side of the lot and his 'truck nutz' (which I believe are the worst invention to ever make someone a millionaire) took the front bumper for a short ride. I was able to 'surrender' the video of him pulling away, pausing to see the damage, and then almost hitting a pedestrian when he zoomed away in a giant plume of exhaust from the scene. Here's hoping that helps them hold him accountable.

For once I was glad I had the truck and not the G because she isn't equipped yet (still shopping). I mounted my trucks behind the grill in a small ceramic coated plexi case to protect it from weather and make it easy to clean. But the cam is pretty old and isn't the greatest in low light. Not sure I would do the same kind of install/mount in the G because under the hood ambient temps are way higher than my truck and space issues. Any suggestions for cams or stealthy/not in plain sight install front/back cam?

Within 5 days of taking possession of the beast, it has become my favorite car I’ve ever owned. It is absolutely amazing how fast, smooth, luxurious and well mannered this thing is. And the sound system is amazing! I truly cannot believe how well it handles the twisties with the rear active steering, sport suspension and paddle shifters. I’m completely blown away and barely even miss my Lexus ISF that I sold in her place (needed the room!). Off the line with the AWD, this thing absolutely flies. What a great engine too. Super torquey and very smooth. Can’t say enough good things about it!
Congrats! I love the FX/QX70. I almost bought an Iridium Blue QX70 3.7 for a DD, but ended up going with the Macan instead.

Only thing left is turbo or supercharge.

save for boost either supercharger or single turbo unless you want to stay NA. Look into Long tube headers or Z1 shorty headers

Not the size of the turbo it is the amount of boost.

If the engine has over 100k I wouldn't recommend it.

Given the engine was properly taken care of, what exactly would the higher mileage have an effect on?

Was driving on the freeway today and the car in front of me ran over a piece of plywood and lifted it up in front of me. I didn't have the time to dodge it so I smashed thru it. Damage was some scuffing on my bumper, headlight, hood, and front fender. Thankfully, my father in law works at a car wash so he was able to buff it all out. But then I noticed the impact had somehow knocked the fender liner loose and my tire had caught it and melted about half of it off...no biggie! I just bought one off ebay for like 15 bucks....didnt know they were so cheap haha.

Lol. Properly taken care of doesn't mean the engine has not turned over billions of times. Valve springs, seals, piston rings, rod bearings will all be in less than optimal condition for boost.
