Update:Just took it out for a spin and the transmission did not make noise during startup like last night. The car drove normally but I noticed my brakes were horribly noisy. Here is the video of my engine after driving for a few minute.Im thinking it might be the new belts that I just placed in yesterday that is making that ticking

EDIT:Here is a vid from when I first got the car
seems like it’s been making the noise since this was around January

Brake rotors rust VERY easily, once you drive around a little bit the noise should go away but be aware that soaking the calipers like that can cause problems if the slide pins haven't been greased in a long time. The caliper is designed to center itself on the rotor and rusty slide pins causes the caliper to stick.

Yeap, mine will rust over if it sits for over a day or so, especially if it's humid or rains. Apply the brakes 2-3 times and they're "clean".
