They hook up pretty nicely and have some wicked grab from slow rolls. But once you're over 100 they slip pretty bad.

Yea they're pretty squishy, I'm about 6' and I'm kinda comfy, but not like I am in the Z.

 

That is true. I did about 10 runs against an S2k in 1/8 mile and took him EVERY time. He had I/H/E and possibly a tune. All I had at the time was an exhaust, test pipes and spacer. I also trapped higher every time. He was a pretty good driver and very consistent.

Pretty sure he just hit around 13.8 recently.

 

I raced an 09 Jeep SRT8 in my 04 g sedan and beat him.

I have a stillen intake, kinetix HFC's, and custom ss cat back and we raced from a dig and I pulled a car on him and he wasn't catching up.

 

really you beat a mustang GT with a civic ex..thats pretty much what you are saying

or maybe you beat a trans am with an rsx

or a bugatti veyron with a covette z06

 

yea there is no way there man, my buddy has an SRT8 cherokee with just a borla and it's neck in neck with the supercharger Z we were working on.

 

Yep, I hit 13.8@104/105 before the Osiris tune and bad wheel hop. 2.1 60ft's. Trap speeds say I should be running a faster E.T.

 

There's no way. I've raced one at the track that was bone stock. No way.

 

yeah cherokee srt-8 is 400 something hp, 0-60 in like 4.8 and 1/4 mile 12.9 or so. a g35 on its best day ever may crack a 13.999999

 

 

Someone is talking out of his azz obviously. Most owners have already come to realize that the G is a pig on the track. Nothing to be ashamed of. It doesn't make us much less of a man.

 

there will always be someone with a faster car and if you had the fastest car you would still lose to an airplane..lol
