If you're Canadian, you probably didn't get one. The Canadian cars weren't getting them in '05 when I bought my sedan, and I don't think that's changed. I just bought/built my own - it's a much better kit than the crappy free ones.

That whole pad thing wasn't funny the first time we heard it. After thousands of cycles, it's not getting any funnier.

you're just jealous you don't have one. BTW, it's not a joke... OEM really comes with one.

I'm aware of that. By now I'm sure we all are.

Icab,
Yes, those 13 changes have to be done at the dealer. I meant to take that list, with highlights of what I wanted, last time I was at the dealer but forgot.
It's a pretty old list so don't know if it's still relevant.

I had a 06 coupe, and one day I found out that a car thief can use a screw driver to roll down my windows but just broke the lock mechanism. The second thing I found out that they couldn't steal the car which means the Immobilizer System is really working.

Now I traded in my coupe for the 07 G35S, I am hoping they fix the first "feature", and making the second feature better.

^ I personally like the horn sound. It gives me a reassurance that I have locked the car. Am I weird?
