Is there a lambo door kit where you can open the door fully like if it was completely normal...but you can lift it to a vertical position if you wanted to?

I like the look of the door...but I think it would be tedious to use it in LAMBO mode all the time.

if someone would sponsor me, I have a design for exactly that and it opens like real lambo doors without cutting anything or drilling.

 

my friend bought one of those cheap kits from ebay for like 500 bucks.. and it did that.

 

I am almost positive they almost all do that. You have to push out 90 degrees then lift upwards. Diablo Doors for the G35 Coupe. They have them on eBay and you can watch their video as well.

 

Yeah I saw those on Ebay. They look pretty neat.

 

I'd like to see a video of the lambo/Diablo doors on a G35 that can open both ways... normal and Vertical

on my old car i had a set that did that, it was a 98 accord coupe, i got the kit from redrum customs, they sell a large majority of 500 dollar kits on ebay, based in northern NJ...they said they did some slight modification to the kit in order to make it do that but if u ask them im sure they can do it for fairly cheap and its a great kit.

 

i dont think you're going to find a kit that will open all the way like a normal door and then up if you want...just doesnt work, physics wise. When i had my kit on, the door would only open to a certain point, i had the vertical door kit. I took them off b.c it just wasnt practical being its a daily driver, so i have a 5 month old kit for sale if anyone is interested.

 

most lambo doors open out first and then up.........i think samv35 has them

 

I know most kits open out first...but usually you can only open it to the first notch and then you have to push up. That would be a real pain in the A$$ to use daily.
That's why I want to see if there is one that will open the full way like a normal door but when you want to use the lambo door feature you can open it to the first notch and just push up.

The question about those ebay ones is that...I've heard that if you don't get a good quality kit...you have to keep adjusting them because they go out of adjustment.
